Creating Compelling Images...

Professional photography and videography is the single most important element in listing your home for sale. People make their decisions about a house within the first few images. My job is to make your home inviting so that potential buyers will want to come and see it. It's also my job to accurately portray your house...you won't find any super wide angle images in my photographs. I want buyers to say "wow, it's so much more than I thought" rather than express disappointment that it's smaller than expected. I utilize both flash and ambient lighting to ensure that the view is clear and colors are correct, but the mood of the light is also conveyed. Each set of images is hand-blended and delivered within 24-48 hours. Video services are either Basic or Boutique; both convey the feeling of the home and give the buyer a sense of place and flow. Videos are delivered within 1-4 days of the shoot. I look forward to providing you with top quality images.
